Some people have no problem singing and playing on stage for the first time. My experience is you have to keep doing it and doing it at different places then you get to where you do less and less mistakes. It very gratifying to get thru a song without any mess ups. And keep learning new songs just keep learning it never gets boring. It is definitely a journey.

I’ve played guitar for nearly 30 years and have never learned any scales. Self taught by ear playing along with my favorite songs.

I had a 52' reissue Telecaster that i would literally take 4 screws out, and do the same thing, and put it in a Jym bag, multiple times flying from Kentucky to California and stored above in caryon space..the guitar had a small shim from the factory, i would put the shim exactly where it was, and it would stay in tune, and intonation...this was before Y2K and security wasn't as high as after 911...but i loved having my guitar with me...

Strings are loosened in unison with the lever. Nothing is stretched. Why are people such concrete thinkers?

Lot of comments about it being out of tune. Probably is, but who takes a normal guitar out of its case and doesn't check its in tune before playing it? Standard process.
